The Nova Scotia RCMP has charged the stepfather of Lilly and Jack Sullivan with assault, forcible confinement and sexual assault in an unrelated matter. The RCMP says 34-year-old Daniel Robert Martell was arrested Monday morning. Officers say the charges involve an adult victim. He has a court date in early March. Lilly and Jack went missing from their home in Landsdowne Station on May 2nd. Despite intensive investigation and searches, they have not been found.
