The second Sunday of August is provincially recognized as Seamen’s Memorial Day. This Sunday the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic will offer presentations and a guided tour of the Stormy Seas Gallery which reflect the hardships of the sea, paying tribute to Seamen’s Memorial Day.
