Two beluga whales have been spotted at the southern end of Bras d’Or Lake. The whales were seen near the marina in St. Peter's on Tuesday. It’s rare for belugas to be spotted in the Maritimes. Fisheries and Oceans Canada has been watching the belugas and is reminding onlookers to keep a safe distance.
