The Town of Lunenburg Electric Utility and Riverport Electric Light Company in Mahone Bay will be shutting off power on Wednesday night. The utilities say the planned power outage will start at 11:00 p.m. with electricity being turned back on at 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Nova Scotia Power will be repairing transmission lines.
