Nova Scotia to ban children under 14 from using E-Scooters and E-Bikes

The province is moving to ban kids under 14 from riding E-Bikes and E-Scooters. The changes are part of Nova Scotia’s Traffic Safety Act and will come into effect this fall. Public Safety Minister Fred Tilley says advancing technology is allowing them to go faster than before, reaching speeds of more than 32 kilometres an hour.
