The prep work on the Gold River Train Bridge in Chester continues. The west Pier scaffolding is up and old and damaged mortar is being removed so new mortar can be applied. Plans for the structural fill sub-base for the west abutment was reviewed and signed off, and more material will be brought in this week along with preparations made for the arrival of the rehabilitation crew.
