The Town of Bridgewater Hemlock Woolly Adelgid team will be carrying out treatments to protect the hemlock trees this week. The South Shore Vet Dog Park will be closed from today until Friday. The Mayfair Drive Park will be closed from Thursday to Sunday. The following parks will remain open but will have cordoned off treatment areas from today until Friday; Centennial Trail east of Glen Allan Drive, Generations Active Park and LaHave Athletic Fields between Centennial Trail and the baseball field. Mariners Landing and Glen Allan Park Playground will have cordoned off areas from Thursday to Sunday. In light of the province’s closure of some trails and woodland areas, please confirm if where you are planning to go is open at all.
